Delivery

It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s delivery address is correct . Failure to do so may result in your order being undelivered.
The Courier will leave flowers at doorstep if they deem location safe.
Sending flowers to security blocks, homes or home units we will have to call & arrange a time if we are unable to enter safely.
For business, school and hospital addresses, Frances Dunn Florist accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.
