Terms & Conditions

General

  • Orders will not be despatched until payments are made in full.

Cancellation

  • A cancellation must be made in person or over the phone: 9524 2929.
  • If flowers have already been made or have left the shop no refund can be made. 

Delivery

  • It is the obligation of the customer to make sure that the recipient’s delivery address is correct. Failure to do so may result in your order being undelivered. 
  • The courier will leave flowers at the doorstep if they deem the location is safe. 
  • When sending flowers to security blocks, homes or home units, we will have to call & arrange a time if we are unable to enter safely. 
  • For business, school and hospital addresses, Frances Dunn Florist accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception. 
  • If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake. Please double check! 

Card messages

  • The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and also spelt correctly. Frances Dunn Florist accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by the customer. 
  • In regards to internet orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Frances Dunn accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar.
